Combine all ingredients in a plastic zip-top bag the night before for an easy grab-and-go breakfast come morning.

So why not whip up a batch for the week!

Melt the almond butter, honey, and vanilla together in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Remove from heat and stir in cereal and chocolate chips until well combined.

Press into an 8-inch glass pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and refrigerate overnight.

Cut into 6 equal pieces and enjoy!

Tip: Enjoy one bar with your favorite piece of fruit for a balanced breakfast.

Layer not only loads of different flavors, but a ton of nutrients too with this superfood-packed breakfast parfait!

Mix the honey into the yogurt until well blended.

Add salt, pepper, and chili powder (if desired), to taste and blend again.

Stick mixture in fridge for 10 minutes to firm slightly.

Then form into 12 even patties.

Heat remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Heat patties until slightly browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Tip: Pair with whole grain toast and an egg, if desired, to round out this breakfast.
