There is a formula to follow.

First, you need aneffective cleanserto get off all the makeup and dirt from the day.

Then, you need a serum with powerful ingredients to brighten while you snooze.

Finally, you want to top it all off with a rich moisturizer.

If you’re thinking this all sounds like a somewhat big time investment, you’d be right.

Everyone happily opened up their bathroom vanities to share their favorite products (and took pictures, too).

So my skin-care routine relies on moisturizing, antioxidants, retinol, and peptides.

To help decrease puffiness, dehydration, and under-eye bags, I applySkinBetter Eye Cream($100).

I always, always start off with theHanskin Cleansing Oil & Blackhead with PHA($25).

Sometimes I use them in the same night (charcoal first).

I like to look at my skin-care regimen as a ritual.

My evening routine is a little more complex than my daytime one.

I like to start with Burts Bees Citrus Facial Scrub (discontinued).

It exfoliates away dead skin cells and leaves my verysensitive skinsoft, without any irritation.

I’ve learned that sometimes, simplicity is key.

Every other night I massage my face withBlack Jamaican Castor Oil($16).

Then Ill useiS Clinical Pro Heal Serum Advance($148).

The best moisturizer to seal in hydration isiS Clinical Reparative Moisture Emulsion($90).

I always start with an oil cleanser to take off the day’s grime, dirt, and makeup.

It gets everything off and leaves my skin feeling hydrated but clean.

I’ll then follow-up with a traditional cleanser likeBiologique Recherche Lait U(price available after login).

Sometimes Ill do a hydrating sheet mask or detoxifying clay mask.

It doesn’t smell the best, but it really works!

After I wash off the mask, Ill add a concoction of serums.

Last but not least, I’ll slather on a heavy moisturizer before heading to bed.

Right now, I’m usingTata Harper’s Creme Riche($185).

It’s really hydrating and leaves my skin feeling moisturized.

Then I usePuristry Flower Water Toner($32).

In the summer, this toner is hydrating enough that I may not use additional moisturizers.

Next, I use the holy grail serum:100% Pure Multi Vitamin Serum($59).

I use this serum even around my eyes.

I apply a thick layer all over my face and my neck.

I want a highly effective eye cream that focuses on age correction.

Im obviously paranoid of signs of aging around my eyes!
