But this summer, I decided to challenge myself to incorporate more color into my wardrobe.

I realized the key to this entire experiment was taking baby steps.
At first, I wasn’t ready to wear a head-to-toe orange ensemble.
But I could start off with a statement necklace or a bright pair of shoes.
Now, I don’t balk at the idea of wearing a red romper or a bright scarf.
And, yes, everything here goes great with black.
This pastel pink piece will blend perfectly with a white button-down and khaki slacks.

My entire bathing suit collection is made up of black, white, and blue one-pieces.
