Before you get started below, we suggest doing a quick warm-up,like this onecreated for the challenge.
You’ll need 2 dumbbells to complete this workout, so grab those and get started below!

The Workout
Heres a detailed breakdown of the moves youll do.
Do each move below in each circuit for 45 seconds, resting 15 seconds between moves.
At the end of each circuit, rest for 60 seconds.

Do Circuit A twice, then do Circuit B twice.
Repeat Circuit A again, then do Circuit B.
Then repeat Circuit B.
