8 half-pint (250 ml) jars.

Jams are a simple and easy way to preserve tasty, wholesome and deelish fruits at their peak season.

Don’t let this amazing craft go extinct!

1 package Certo (Sure Jell) or prepared powdered pectin

Wash the berries, cut off stems.

Crush with your pretty hands, then measure.

Or if using frozen, thaw out 100% and mask with a potato masher or using hands.

Place the crushed berries in a large saucepan on medium heat.

Add the sugar and lemon juice, stir well with a wooden spoon.

Bring to a boil on high heat.

Boil rapidly, stirring constantly for just one minute.

Remove from heat and stir in the pectin.

Go ahead and place back on the heat for 1 more minute then remove quickly from heat.

Carefully fill and process jars with a spouted measuring cup.

Fill all the way to the top!

Place the lids on top of the jam jars.

Twist on the tops!

Now to seal… Gently, place the jars in a large stockpot full of boiling water.

verify that the jars are fully submerged in the boiling water.

Let it sit in the simmering water for 10-15 minutes to set.

Jars should seal by then.

If not they will seal while cooling.

Remove jars after 10-15 minutes, set aside to fully cool and set.

You may hear the “pop” of a few tops being sealed now!

Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter-Crunch CupsMakes 20 peanut butter cups"Warning!

Set aside to cool slightly and then scrape it into a large bowl.

Place the filled liners on a plate and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to several hours.

While the shells chill, make the peanut butter filling.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in the peanut butter using a wooden spoon and then add the confectioners' sugar and rice cereal.

Mix until well combined and gooey looking (it should look like slightly melted chunky peanut butter).

Remove the chocolate cups from the refrigerator.

If the remaining chocolate in the bowl has hardened, re-melt it in the microwave in 5-second bursts.

I always keep a few on hand at home so I can have a well-stocked gift pantry as well.

Wrap them with gorgeous green ribbon and tie on a personalized message.

Store the herb salts in a well-sealed mason jar, away from any moisture or sunlight.
