Waking up earlyhas never come naturally to me.
Ive packed inexercise, carved out time toread, and even fit in a few episodes of my currentNetflixbinge.
Some of these routines are pretty normal, whereas others seem like fodder for self-help books.

All of them are impressive in some regardmostly because I cant imagine waking up before 7 A.M.every single day.
Wake-up time:3 A.M. on the dotusually I dont even need my alarm.
Wake-up time:4 A.M. On a good day it might be closer to 3:45!

One more thing: My morning routine starts at night.
Plus, its easier to just knock these things out first thing in the morning when its quiet.

I still have to ensure I get to bed on time, and I set an alarm each time.
They always leave me feeling relaxed and ready to conquer whatever comes my way.
I make a run at keep both in tip-top shape before I head out the door each day!

It gives me a solid foundation and helps me handle any stressors that crop up during the day.
I get tired by 10 P.M., so I venture to get everything done efficiently during morning hours.
People often say things like, How are you so awake?
when they encounter me early in the morning.
I have to work hard to curtail my enthusiasm when Im around others early in the day!
But no worriesaround 4 P.M.
I usually get my comeuppance and hit a wall hard.

Im always able to get my workout done without having to share a machine or space.
