Everyone has to start somewhere, so just be confident in yourself and go for it!
It’s never too late to start.

What’s your best advice for healthy living?My tip would it is never too late to start.
We’re not perfect, we’re all going to make mistakes, skip workouts, and eat cookies.
But every day it’s possible for you to have another go.

It was actually Tone It Up’s Love Your Body Challenge in January 2015 that kick-started my fitness lifestyle!
By changing up the cardio and strength-training routines, you’re consistently excited about working out.
Rising early to work out is the ultimate way to make time for yourself without interruption.
Once I shifted my focus from looking good to being healthy, it just clicked.
I find that races are an excellent way to keep yourself on track and continually bettering yourself!
I love a good challenge and I thought I could totally push myself for the next four weeks.
I was unhappy and it showed.
I saw an Instagram post from TIU a few months into dealing with all this and something just clicked.
Tone It Up really helped me get rid of all that negative talk.
Once I did, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.
You will feel so much better about yourself if you carve out 30 minutes a day.
I now wake up at 4:30 every morning!
