This vodka-based cocktail is fun, best-pic-nominee-inspired riff on a classic Negroni.
We’re pretty sure Wes Anderson would approveand so will your film buff friends.
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Stir for 40 rotations.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange peel after expressing the oils.
Add a slice of fresh papaya and agave nectar to your mixing glass.
Muddle to release the papaya flavor.
Add 1 1/4 ounces of Avion Anejo, 1/2 ounce each of Aperol and orange juice.

Then, top them off with 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice.
Add ice and give it a good shake.
Strain over ice, and garnish with a fresh slice of papaya.

When ready to serve add the ice and garnishes to the bowl, gently stir in the champagne.
Serve in small punch cups.
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker filled one-third full of ice.
Shake to combine and create a slight froth; strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with toasted coconut shavings or a thin wedge of pineapple.
To make Salted Maple Syrup dilute 1 cup maple syrup with 1 cup hot water.
Add kosher or sea salt to taste.
Stir all ingredients with fresh ice until desired dilution.
Pour into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with three cherries.
