Do each move below for 45 seconds, resting 15 seconds between moves.
At the end of the circuit, rest for 60 seconds.
Do the entire circuit 3-5 times, then do the EMOM burnout.

If you finish in under 60 seconds, rest.
At the start of the next minute, repeat the reps. Continue for 4 minutes.
