Put your right foot down, then repeat on the other side.

If that feels too challenging by round three of the circuit, take it back to normal mountain climbers.

Heres a detailed breakdown of the moves youll do.

Do each move below for 45 seconds, resting 15 seconds between moves.

At the end of the circuit, rest for 60 seconds.

Do the entire circuit 3-5 times, then do the EMOM burnout.

If you finish in under 60 seconds, rest.

At the start of the next minute, repeat the reps. Continue for 4 minutes.
