Heres a detailed breakdown of the moves youll do.

Do each move below for 45 seconds, resting 15 seconds between moves.

At the end of the circuit, rest for 60 seconds.

you might use a dumbbell for your squats during the AMRAP, or keep this entire workout bodyweight only.

Complete the circuit as many times as you’re free to in 4 minutes.
