This is a pretty common experience, but it can take a toll on your sleeping habits.

For one thing, it could lessen the obligations some people associate with constant communication.

But obviously FOMO goes both ways.

Getting out from behind a screen might inspire you to get out a little more.

It’s not a point-by-point thesis urging you to sacrifice yoursocial media accountsto the technology-free gods.

If you feel good about your level of social media use, keep doing your thing.

You have plenty of options.

And the most important thing is that you do what makes the most sense to you.
