In compensating for trying to get my vertical on, I use a giant arm swing to get momentum.

Since then, I’ve decided to adjust my ball mounting methods a bit.
I lift up into my plank and then adjust away from the wall or mirror as needed.
No more rolling off the ball for me!"
This happened a few years ago at the Nikes Master Trainers summit in Portland.
My friend and I were standing in the middle, and there were two guys holding the ends.
