Tanya says that apositive attitudehas been key for her.
Keeping the right attitude is so important.

When this happens, she says she tries to focus on really simple things that she can control.
I just remind myself that Im doing the best that I can.

It let me just slow down, be with myself, and feel like I was getting something done.
