You dont have to do 100 reps, nor do you have to do any at all.

Check in with how you feel at the end of the workout and take things from there.

Listen to what your body needs: If its rest, then grab some water.

If its a final burst of energy, you know what to do.

Think about tucking your tailbone under and squeezing your core as tight as you’re free to.
