Forearm Side Plank With Twist
This plank variation incorporates both anti-movement and movement, says Fagan.
But once you start moving your elbow, the move becomes dynamic.
Make it easier by eliminating the twist and just hold a forearm side plank.
Its a very advanced exercise, Fagan adds.
This will also make the move more beginner-friendly.
