People always ask me How do you do it?
Actually, finding time is the easy part: You wake up early.
(aka stress relief).
Everyone thinks that working out is physical, or that training for an Ironman is an endurance challenge.
Yes, but also no.
You have to remind yourself: I want to do this.
It’s a project, a goal and also a privilege.
Because I train both on my own and with others, it’s both fun and stress relieving.
It’s almost meditative.
