As a mom, it’s so important to verify that my kids get a healthy, balanced diet.
How did you find such a great healthy/happy balance in your own life?
I’m always striving to find balance.

I can’t say I have it all figured out; I don’t know that anyone does.
It’s a work in progress.
I’m always tweaking my schedule or my plans.
If you only had 15 minutes, what’s the one fitness move you’d be sure to do?
That’s what my trainer call it.
You’ve recently started competing in races and fitness challenges.
What’s next on your bucket list?
Oh man, I left a lot of room for improvement at my recent triathlon!
I loved the challenge.
As a mom, what healthy habits are you looking to pass on to your children?
I want to help my kids develop a healthy relationship with food and their body image.
That’s most important to me.
Past that, I just want to encourage them to like healthy foods and enjoy being fit.
What’s your favorite healthy snack and your favorite calorie bomb?
I love Greek yogurt with strawberries and cinnamon.
I also can’t resist popcorn.
