*How do you get into this Pose?
*Come to a standing position.
**Bend your knee to a 90 degree angle.
**Bring your arms to the ceiling, with your palms facing each other.
**Hold for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
**Switch Sides.

*Modify the Pose:*Don’t bend your knee so much.
Warrior 2 Pose(middle)
*How do you get into this Pose?
*Come to standing.
**Step your feet about 3 to 4 feet apart.
**Raise your arms to shoulder level palms down.
**Turn your right foot out, it should be straight out in front of you.
**Turn your left foot in slightly.
confirm your back leg is straight and strong.
Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
**Switch sides.
QUICK FIX TIP:double-check your knee stays in line with your ankle.

*How do you get into Pose?
*From a standing position, step your feet about 3 to 4 feet apart.
Keep your legs straight.
Turn your right foot straight out in front of you and your left foot slight inward.
**Bring your left hand to the ceiling.
**Look straight ahead or to the ceiling, depending on the flexibility of your neck.
**Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
**Switch sides.
**Left foot straight out and right foot in slightly.
