Remi Pyrdol
A star jump is a greatplyometric movethat targets your entire body.
Go for the biggest range of motion possiblefrom start to finish.
Start low in a small squat, engaging your glutes and squeezing your abs.

Bonus points if you want to also flex your biceps or contract your shoulder blades for an isometric exercise.
If you’re giving this movement your all, even a couple of reps will spike your heart rate.
The other new move is a wall angeland this one only looks easy.
