Because I’m obsessed.

Particularly with their hair fragrances – they’re modern, playful, sexy and totally addictive.

What more could you want?

What’s your favorite beauty decade and why?

Women aren’t locked into only one style.

you’re able to be sporty one day, glamorous the next and classically beautiful on Saturday night.

There are so many amazing products on the market right now which help to make it all possible.

Nanette: The 1960s were by far the best beauty decade.

It was a time of transition that broke from tradition.

There was a freedom and playfulness that had not been seen before in beauty.

You could be as polished as Jackie O or as boho-chic as Jane Birkin.

Beauty became whatever spoke to you without the strict fashion limits of previous decades.

N: The best beauty advice I ever heard was from my mother.

She said, “You have to put sunscreen on your face every day.”

She was religious about putting sunscreen on first thing in the morning.

Today, at 72 years old, she still has beautiful youthful looking skin.

The one beauty trick every woman should know is:

S: Invest in a good moisturizer.

N: A proper eyebrow shaping brightens up the face and enhances facial features.

I love that such a small change can make a huge difference.

N: Sundays are for being with [my husband and I’s] four boys.

Our typical Sunday consists of church and brunch, then off to our favorite beach to surf and swim.

Her class has so much energy, music was pumping andeveryonewanted to push themselves to the next level.

My butt never looked better.

Now that I live in California, I’ve shifted towardsBikram Yoga– you know, a 90-minute sweatbox.

I always feel like I can go hiking for hours, other workouts tend to bore me more quickly.

The plus is those hours can equal lots of burned calories.

N: The Galapagos Islands with my family.

Your favorite celeb bumps into you and you get close enough to smell her perfume.

Who is it and which perfume is she wearing?

S: My favorite celebrity is Chelsea Handler and she would be wearing something called “100-Proof.”

N: Christy Turlington Burns would be someone I’d love to bump into.

She is an inspiration with her organizationEvery Mother Counts.

Of course, she would be wearing Eternity.

Who could forget those iconic ads?

Creating a new fragrance is the equivalent to:

S: Creating a piece of jewelry.

First you have to be inspired, then you have to formulate and tinker.

In the end you have something beautiful that lasts a lifetime.

N: Creating a new fragrance is like pregnancy.

Each fragrance is a seedling.

It’s just an idea that grows and matures over months of development.

The end result is a beautiful unique creation.

N: Canned Heat by Jamiroquai gets all of my boys up and dancing.

It cracks me up to see them argue over who does the best impression ofNapoleon Dynamite.

She had scents from around the world that my father would bring back from his business travels.

I loved sneaking in there as a kid and trying on everything.

Those Egyptian perfume oils were (and still are) my favorite scent memory.

I loved mixing and I felt like I was traveling to far away places.
