Memorial Day weekend is coming to a close and what a weekend it was!
I apologize for not blogging on Friday.
Mike happily took Will exploring around our new development so that I could unpack and organize.
We both pledged that from tomorrow onwards it’s all healthy home-cooking.
I moved my pantry items over but we need fresh food in the fridge.
I’ll venture into the water in another month or so – when it’s at least 60 degrees!
Here are some of my best meals this weekend - and then a written summary of the rest.
Friday: Breakfast from Panera Bread on paper plates (moving day, can you tell?)
multigrain bagel with an egg and a cup of tea.
I also had 2 shrimp cocktail.
Sunday: Breakfast was a nonfat latte on the road then fruit at the beach.
Dessert was a black raspberry ice cream (I ate half because it was huge!)
Monday: Breakfast was Kashi Go Lean Crisp with skim milk.
Snack was some healthy tortilla chips (more on these tomorrow).
Everything will be back to normal tomorrow - thanks so much for bearing with me this last week.
