When traveling for pleasure, my husband and I really love to go on a cruise.

…When you think about cruise ships, you may think about eating too much food and gaining weight.
As a dietitian, a lot of people ask me if I ever eatdessertsor other “bad” foods.
Anyone who knows me, knows that the answer is definitely yes!
It’s about balance, and for me, a cruise vacation is a perfect example of that.
On another ship we traveled on, there was even a Ben and Jerry’s and a Johnny Rockets!
So as you could see I have a blast when I am on vacation!
you might easily do this too-no matter where your vacation takes you!
Writing this blog is making me so excited about our cruise to Alaska later this year!
