Do four sets of eight reps for each of the below moves.
The key to success, says Bowers, is stretching between each move to stay long and loose.

The Move: Marching Abs
Extend feet out with knees bent.
Pull your stomach in and position the arms in a circle.
Then lift up and twist, lowering back to the center and pulling those abs as you twist.
Do 2 sets of 8.
The Move: Leg Lifts
Lie on your left side, flat against the floor.
Rest your head on your left upper arm.
Meanwhile, keep left leg straight.
Using inner thigh muscle, lift left leg about six inches off floor.
Using resistance with the inner thigh muscle (not gravity), slowly lower your leg.
The Move: Outer Thigh Lifts
Now, time to work that right leg.
Hold up, then do small circles, stabilizing your movements with your core.
The Move: One-Legged Bridge
Lay flat with your back against the mat.
Keep feet flat to modify.
Lift right leg, then extend hips up.
Lower the leg, do one more bridge, then put leg down and repeat.
The Move: Lunge With Swan Arms
Start standing up.
