Bake 14-16 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.

Preparation

Gently pick through crab to remove all pieces of shell, keeping large lumps of crab intact.

Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and gently fold in crab, careful to not over-mix.

Form into six cakes.

Turn your oven to broil for 5 minutes to finish them off.

Carefully slide your crab cakes off the cookie sheet and garnish with parsley or lemon.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Apply non-stick spray to the bottom and sides of a 9x9 rectangular pan.

To make the cake: Sift 3 cups flour, baking powder and salt into a medium sized bowl.

In a large bowl combine softened butter, and sugar and beat using electric mixer until fluffy.

Add the egg, yolks and vanilla and continue to beat until incorporated.

Place blueberries in a small bowl and coat with remaining 2 tablespoons of flour.

Gently fold into batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan and generously sprinkle with crumb topping.

Only a bite of this crunchy and soft treat and I’m transported to my childhood.

Some handed-down family recipes can be super complicated, but this is simple and easy."

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Wash spinach and remove stems.

Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients well.

Add salt, garlic powder, nutmeg and stir well.

Oil the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan.

In a sauce pan set to medium heat, melt the butter and set aside.

To assemble, place one sheet of phyllo dough into the pan and brush with butter.

Place a second sheet and brush again.

Repeat until you use about 8 sheets to make a solid base.

Start filling the dough with the spinach-cheese mix.

Repeat until you are out of dough, using two sheet in between the filling layers.

check that to put at least two sheets on the top layer.

Brush well with butter and bake for 45-55 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting, then serve with some Greek yogurt.
