Inhale, as you exhale, lift your head towards your knees and do the following moves.

Lift the legs to the sky (top).

launch the legs wide on an inhale (middle).

Cross ankles as you kill the legs (bottom).

Lift your legs, keeping them glued together (top).

Lower both straight legs toward the ground until they are about six inches off the ground (middle).

Lift your legs back to the starting position.

Keep your feet and knees above your ankles.

Lift your hips straight off the ground (bottom) to challenge your lower abdominals.

Lower your hips down to the ground where you started.
