I had dreamt of having a Target line.
Dreamt of doing something that helped people and made them feel good.
I didnt know what it was going to be, but it was my destiny.
It was a really difficult task.
It was just red flags, for sure, she says.
After that her mental and physical health took a turn.
I had been under so much stress.
I was seeing doctors and Western practitioners saying, Somethings wrong with me.
Ive never gone through this.
And they were all like, Its anxiety.
I was like, Oh, its actually really beautiful about me, Tisdale says.
“I’m not just this one surface, always positive, always happy.
I have these deeper things about me.
Tisdale changed her focus to her health and mental wellness.
At the same time, she was hungry for a new creative outlet and eager to share her experience.
SoFrenshe, her blog, was born in 2020.
She looked it up on GoDaddy, saw the domain was free, and took it.
It felt good because there was no pressure on products.
There was no pressure on anything.
It was really just connecting with people, she says.

The first drop of products includes a body wash, lotion, candles, perfume oil, and more.
From the outside it seems like Tisdales gone through quite the transformation since herHigh School Musicaldays.

Has she changed in the last 10 or 15 years?
Im not completely different, Tisdale says.
Ive just worked on myself a lot.
What are her favorite wellness trends?
I dont look at wellness as a trendy thing, she says with conviction.
I want people to adopt this lifestyle however they want to live it.
Thats what Being Frenshe is about.
I just feel like its the most important thing Ive ever done, to be honest, she says.
My baby goes to bed pretty early.
Once shes in bed, I get to eat dinner and watch TV with my husband.
Jupiter is a good sleeper.
We had a sleep trainer pretty early on, and it was the best thing I ever did.
She sleeps all throughout the night.
Ill start my routine with a shower.
There’s something about feeling free of not caring what it looks like.
And then in the morning, you wash and dry [your hair].

Then I brush my teeth.

I have gotten to that point.
I used to make fun of people all the time in movies.
I would say to my husband, Why are they always putting cream on their hands?
But I honestly think Im just so dry from washing my hands all day.
Especially because I have a baby.
So its so important for me to put a hand cream on at night.
Then I put my sleep mask on because my baby monitor keeps me upwe usethe Vava.
So I gotta keep the sleep mask on.
Now that I have a baby, its definitely early.
My husband will tell you its 9 p.m., but it’s 9:30 p.m.
Sometimes I last until 10 p.m.
But most of the time its 9:30 p.m.
I wake up at 6:30 a.m.thats why.
I definitely had gone through a period of not being able to sleep.
I would wake up at 4 a.m. every morning, and then I couldnt fall back asleep at all.
My mind would be racing a lot.
Basically, it was just the amount of stress and anxiety I was having.
Meditation is one of those things.
If I am feeling down, and Im like, Okay, Ive been very panicky recently.
What’s going on?, I will load up on meditations.
I also have a therapist and talk about all of my stuff.
So you better bank those moments of calm during the day.
You dont want to put that on your kids.
I would say I have had manageable anxiety probably my whole life.
My lifestyle of living and how I grew up in this business.
There are multiple roads that I could have gone down different avenues.
Ive never done drugs in my life, for example.
We see what happens to child actors.
And I think that Im very lucky for what Ive gone through.
