Then I call in my puppies.
I love to cuddle with them when Im in bed, and I usually nod off quickly.
As an athlete, my body really craves sleep.
Its one of my favorite things!
After long training days, I get to sleep no problem.
Before big competitions, I attempt to get to bed by 10 p.m. so that I can feel rested.
