As a cohost on E!
’s hilariously bluntFashion Police, Kelly Osbourne tells it like it is.
And the same goes when she’s talking about herself.
Now, in a totally honest interview (would you expect anything less?
), she’s sharing her secrets for kicking ass and getting exactly whatyouwant.

You had a seizure while tapingFashion Police.
It came as a complete surprise to me and to my doctors.
How did the experience change your mind-set?
I never want to take my good health for granted.
The seizure was 60 seconds, but those 60 seconds will change my life for the better forever.
I’ve worked hard to get into shape, and I’m going to continue.
Not because being “skinny” is important to me, but because I want to feel good.

It’s obvious you’ve been working hard.
Are you happy with where you’re at?
I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been.
Everyone has good days, everyone has bad days.
You’re so confident, though.
What’s going on when you’re having one of those days?
That’s something I’m genuinely working on all the time.
How do you deal when you’re feeling insecure?
When you change your body, you start to get selfish.
You’re like, Oh, butthat’sstill fat andthat’sstill gross and why can’t I look likethat?
To stop myself I have to look at how far I’ve come.
I’ve learned how to eat right and look after myself.
Also, I don’t weigh myself.

Earrings, $22;GemmaSimone.com.
How do you stay above it all?
I don’t compare myself to anybody else.
Wishing you were Angelina Jolie or J.Lo isn’t going to change the fact that you’re not.
Why not start working with what you do have instead of what you don’t?
So how did you do that?
You’ve got to take baby steps.
It starts by realizing you don’t have to walk on a treadmill to work out.
Like, people don’t realize that you just have to be physical, that’s it.

How do you push through?
I’m lucky because my friends are really supportive.
I got the Nike+ FuelBand, and now we’re all in competition with one another.
It forces you to work out because you don’t want anyone to see that you didn’t.
I also have plank-offs with my athlete friends to see who can hold it the longest.
My record is 7 1/2 minutes, and I beat a bloody Olympic silver medalist!
You’ve come so far.
What’s the one thing that helped you get to where you are now?
Figuring out there’s no such thing as perfection.
If I knew that earlier, I wouldn’t have been such a f—up.
The only thing I can be is me.
I’m not perfect.
And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it.
It will never be perfect, and I do not want it to be.
That’s so boring!
