Cook, take a walk together, watch TV together, or just lounge around.

Youll end up feeling self-righteous at best, but that isnt the same as feeling good.
Summon the self-respect (and respect for the other person!)
to pursue a life that suits you better, and that you like more than just halfway.
Youll feel so capable and relieved.
Its a daunting task, but you dont need to reinvent the wheel.
Theres a better, healthier way!
Not just what would taste the best, but what wouldfeelthe best overall.
Then stick to it.
And while youre at it, stop wearing uncomfortable shoes while youre out in the world.
