Well, there’s no longer a need to stress over broken tubes.

There are other ways you could salvage the damage without racking up a high beauty bill.
These DIY tricks will not only put broken lipsticks back together, they’ll also fix crumbling eyeshadow palettes.

Just bookmark this page in case of a beauty emergency.
What you need:A blow dryer, a butter knife, a paper towel, and a freezer.
Instructions:Twist the lip tube all the way up, so that the remaining product is exposed.

Use your blowdryer on a high heat setting to slightly melt the remaining contents.
After 20 seconds, the wax should become soft enough to re-attach the broken section.
Use a butter knife to smooth out any visible lumps and cracks.
Then, allow the lipstick to cool in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Wipe off any excess residue from around the container, and it’ll be as good as new.
Now, all you need isa good trick to keep your color from smudging.
Instructions:Use the spoon to scoop everything out of the compact and into a plastic bag.
This step might seem like you’re making it worse, but rememberit’s already broken.
Use the side of a spoon to crumble the pieces together inside of the baggie.
Add a small amount of rubbing alcohol to create a paste.
The amount will vary depending on the size of your compact.
Start off with a few small drops until you’ve created a thick, creamy texture.
Use the spoon to stir and smooth out all of the chunks.
It’s a lot like icing a cake.
Then, dab the top with a paper towel to soak up any excess alcohol.
Set your timer to 12 hours to allow the rubbing alcohol to fully evaporate.
If you’re in a rush, you’re free to blast it with your blowdryer.
