before you get going shopping, measure your space to ensure a treadmill will fit.
Motor
Most treadmill motors have continuous horsepower (CHP) or horsepower (HP).
This makes CHP a more reliable measurement of a treadmills juice.
If youre a runner, look for a machine that has at least 3.0 CHP.
Anything lower than that is better for walking or light jogging.
