For most of us, it simply doesn’t feel comfortable or sustainable in the beginning.

It still isn’t.
Sometimes I’m not feeling it, so I stop and go do something else.
It’s important to remember that there’s nothing wrong or different about you if you feel the same.
For me, running has become my favorite way to relieve stress.
That may mean consulting a trainer first or simply walking and then working your way up to running.
Do whatever works for you, and then stick with it.
I promise you’ll find that your body’s more than up to the challenge.
You just have to give it a chance.
