How to do it:Stand with your feet parallel to each other.
Inhale and lift your arms straight up.
Exhale and fold forward over your legs.
Press your right fingertips into the ground a few inches in front of your feet.
Bend your right knee slightly and rotate your torso to the left.
Extend your left arm straight up.
Look up toward your top hand.
Stay here for 3 long, deep breaths and do the other side.
Your head will be the last thing to come up.
How to Do It: Begin in a plank position with your shoulders directly over your wrists.
Slowly kick your leg back into a glute kickback.
confirm you breathe throughout this exercise.
Repeat 15 on each side, then switch.
****The Move: Balancing Table
Targets: abs, back, arms and buttocks.
Hold this position reaching energy through the arm and leg that are lifted and squeezing your abs in tight.
Hold for 5-8 breaths.
