You recently turned your love of dance into a new workout program, DanceFIT-KS.
Why do you think dancing is such a popular workout now?

Recently, I have dedicated a lot of time figuring out ways to help people lead healthier lives.
DanceFIT-KS is a dance-inspired fitness experience that I take into hotels, resorts, destination spas and corporations.
It was so much fun!
Any tips for keeping your cool and calming your nerves while competing?
JR is an incredible man.
I love my job!
Nerves and irritation go straight out of the room.
You have a body that so many women envy.
Do you have any tips for working towards a healthy lifestyle?
I make a run at be as healthy as I can.
I eat right, exercise right and take care of my skin.
I truly believe that dancing and the dance-inspired workouts that I do help me stay in shape.
For me, it’s dancing and yoga.
I also love to cycle!
If you only have 15 minutes, what would be the one workout move you would do?
This will test your endurance!
Tell us a little bit about the non-profit, Dance Intervention of AIM, which you created.
AIM stands for Alternative Intervention Models.
It’s an organization that allows me to teach underprivileged kids how to express themselves through the arts.
