Do you listen to music?
“No, I like to be in nature.
But I really love that people like to exercise to my music.

What are your biggest workout goals?
“First, I want to be a great dance commander [at my shows].
But I also want to look good when I’m nearly naked onstage in front of thousands of people.
I’d prefer it to be a pleasant experience when people look at me.”
What’s your diet like?
“Eighty percent of the time I watch my portions and eat veggies and lean protein.
It’s excruciatingly boring, but it makes my body happy.
The other 20 percent of the time, I do whatever I want.
It’s OK to sometimes eat a f—ton of chocolate!”
You work hard and play hard.
Do you ever sleep?
“It’s a luxury.
I usually make a run at get a good six hours, from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m.
When I can’t sleep, I bedazzle my clothes and watchThe Golden Girls.
I have a bit of Blanche in me.”

You broke a lot of rules to get where you are.
How’d you find the courage?
I’m a white girl from Nashville whokind ofraps.
It’s weird, but I’ve always believed I was put here to do what I’m doing.

Some of that comes from my mom, but I also think I was born with balls.

It’s hilarious how mean some people get about my silly pop songs.
