T**ry these booty shaping moves… Lunge out to the front reaching forward with the weight towards your feet.

Reach from the torso and avoid sagging the spine.

Now take that same leg out to the side for a side lunge.

Again, reach for the feet, reaching the sternum forward.

As you propel the body back to the start position, execute the same scooping bicep curl.

Lastly, step the same leg out 45 degrees behind you again reaching for the feet.

Repeat 3 more times on the same side.

Then begin all over again on the second side.

This exercise is great for glutes, core, and arms.

Grab the bell and swing it backwards between your legs.

Perform 20 repetitions, emphasizing the hip snap each time.

Step up onto the step with your right leg.

Hover with the right knee bent while you flex your spine forward and grab the bells.

From here, stand all the way up to a balance on the right leg.

Perform 10 repetitions on each side.

Stand on the left leg.

Start to lower the body down, reaching with the left hand for the kettle bell.

Your pelvis will slightly shift so the right side of the pelvis is slightly higher than the left.

Energetically push down through all four corners of the left foot to return to the starting position.

Perform 10 reps then repeat on the other side.
