Bend torso over left thigh, right elbow up in front (as shown).
In one fluid motion, shift weight to right hand and leg, bending right knee into a squat.
Sweep left leg in front of you 180 degrees, pivoting on right foot to face opposite direction.
Do two sets of 10.
Do 10 reps. Switch legs and repeat for one set.
Place fingertips on ground on either side of body.
Jump, tucking knees toward chest, changing legs in midair (as shown).
Land in a squat with right leg forward.
Do two sets of 10.
Jumping knee
Stand with feet wider than hip-width apart, right leg forward, knees soft.
Do 10 reps. Switch legs and repeat for one set.
Bend forward at waist and place hands on ground in front of you.
Keeping palms planted, kick legs overhead toward left as if doing a cartwheel (as shown).
Immediately reverse the movement, landing on right side.
Do 10 reps. Switch kicking leg for 10 reps for one set.
Drive right knee toward chest as you punch left arm forward (as shown).
Return to start and do 10 reps. Switch legs; repeat for one set.
