Whitney Miller won the first season of MasterChef and is sharing her insider knowledge with us!
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree.
Add the rosemary to the sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat to infuse with rosemary flavor.
Season the pork all over with the salt and pepper.
Lay the bacon strips, slightly overlapping each other, on the baking sheet.
Lay the pork tenderloin down the center of the bacon strips, perpendicular to them.
Roll the tenderloin forward to finish the wrapping of the bacon.
Secure bacon ends with toothpicks if loose.
Bake the tenderloin for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush a thick coating of glaze over the tenderloin.
Bake until the glaze sets on the pork, 5 to 7 minutes longer.
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve the pork slices with any remaining rosemary-cranberry glaze.

Whitney’s Recap:
Only four contestants remain!
The team challenge will not take place off-site, but rather within the MasterChef kitchen.
Also, there will be an additional three judges.
Who could they be?
Suzy chooses Christian for her teammate, which leaves Jennifer and Adrien as a pair.
Christian does not like how Suzy performs in the kitchen and Suzy can’t stand Christian’s arrogance.
I have a feeling it is going to be a bumpy “ride.”
The challenge: Create one amazing dish in ninety minutes!
Christian is hesitant with Suzy’s Thanksgiving-themed dish.
Suzy and Christian’s duck dish received mixed reviews from the judges.
Joe was embarrassed by it.
I didn’t think it looked appealing.
Suzy and Christian now face a pressure challenge in which they have to prepare a perfect lemon meringue pie.
Nice to see a Southern dessert!
Christian’s beautifully composed pie looked good but Gordon said his meringue was broken.
Suzy’s pie looked as good as the judges said it tasted, which was bad.
As a result, she was sent home.
It’s down to the top three!

10 Tasty Recipe Twists
The judges enjoyed Christian’s chicken, but did not like his carrot puree.
First, second, and third place go to Adrien, Christian and Jennifer.
Adrien’s advantage is to choose the ingredient of his choice from a table of Joe’s favorite ingredients.
He chose octopus and Christian opted for veal, leaving Jennifer with mushrooms.
“Nailed the octopus,” said Graham about Adrien’s dish, complete with saffron rice.
Jennifer’s risky mushroom and egg ravioli impressed the judges with its flavor.
Jennifer and Adrien were chosen to compete in the finale.
I remember competing in the finale - I had to prepare an appetizer, entreeanddessert.
Gordon praised Adrien for his plating skills.
All three judges fell in love with his entree but were disappointed with his dry chocolate cake.
Jennifer prepared pan-seared scallops for an appetizer; stuffed quail for an entree and braised pear for dessert.
Gordon was immediately impressed with her searing skills on the scallops.
Dessert makes a lasting impression on my meal.
As the “pastry princess,” I wouldn’t be happy with either dessert.
After the judges deliberate, the winner is announced - Jennifer is the newest MasterChef!
