How does she do it all?
And then I head up to my room, and the first thing I do is brush my teeth.
I use two different toothpastes and two different toothbrushes.
I use a basic Colgate toothbrush to brush my tongue, and brush my gums with Colgate Total toothpaste.
Then Ill floss, and then use mouthwash.
I use Dial soap, and then Ill use exfoliating hand gloves.
Im obsessed with them.
Then Ill wash my face.
How would you treat those shoes?
How would you take care of them?
When I get out of the shower, I wipe my face down with witch hazel wipes.
The woman who does my facialsher name is Silvanahas a skin-care line that Im obsessed with.
Then I use a SkinMedica product called HA5its a rejuvenating hydrator.
Then I will use either Augustinus Baders The Cream or this one by Silvana called Ultra Lifts Anti-Aging Lotion.
Its basically anti-sagging and hydrating.
And then the other question is, How do you work out?
Its silk and cotton, so it acclimates to your body heat.
And then I use Vaseline on my lips, and on some of mytattoos.
His name is Javier.
Hes very funny looking.
But I travel with him, and I sleep with him.
I also have sheets I cant live without.
We were in this apartment, and I just had the sheets they gave us.
Shes like, No, you oughta try these sheets.
I was like, A sheet is just a sheet.
She was like, No.
So I started using these sheetstheyre called Pure Bambooand now Im obsessed with them.
They are thesoftest sheetsof life.
When you lie on them, you feel like its butter and youre soaking into the bed.
Im a bit of a night owl, so it varies.
So because of that, I tend to go to bed pretty late.
The biggest thing for me is just trying to have a positive attitude and push through.
