Dash Zesty Lime seasoning, which was a free sample I picked up at a convention.

Right after pulling the steaks from the marinade, I sprinkled them with a bit of sea salt.

I drizzled a tiny amount (1/2 teaspoon) of good extra virgin olive oil over the fish.

Regretfully, I was out of avocados.

The problem is that many of the really good-tasting varieties can be twice as expensive.
