My bedtime routine starts after a late dinner.

I probably start my bedtime routine around 8ish.

So Ill eat at like 7:30 p.m, and then Ill get started.

Skin care is huge for me.

I have to start by removing my makeup because, well, its been a really long day.

Usually Ill get in the shower first, and then when I get out I start with my makeup.

Its very basic, but I think it works so well.

I like to journal, either how Im feeling right away or how I felt that day.

Then I also might hop on my planner and start planning my week out.

I like to know what I have coming up in the next couple of days and the next week.

Its just so normal to me.

I sleep probably like seven hours, and thats good for me.

This whole routine has changed a lot since high school to college.

Before, I didnt have much time to actually create a routine because I was training for theOlympics.

It wasnt like I had a real routine.
