I was run ragged!
I love superfoods like berries, veggies, nuts and greens, so that saved me.
It’s so easy to get lazy and eat garbage and not work out.
My mom used to say, “garbage in, garbage out,” and that goes for everything.

What is your favorite decorating trend right now?
The weather’s heating up!
What are your outdoor decorating tips?
I love, love, love decorating outside.
This year, I’m actually creating a fairy garden – don’t laugh.
But seriously, I use art outside, mirrors, colorful fabrics and textures.
Don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
Chandeliers are fun on patios, or hang a vintage mirror off your fence.
The mirror reflects light, colors and textures and opens up the space just as it would inside!
What’s your favorite way to work out?
Thirty minutes of cardio usually on the treadmill and then a short circuit with the weights and abs.
I love to get outside, take the stairs, just move around a lot.
Gets the blood going – I recommend it to anyone!
If you’re having a lazy day, what gets you to the gym?
Ha ha, nothing!
I usually take the day off and just make up for it the next day.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
I live by that rule.
What’s up next for you?
I think continuing to strive for balance is important for me.
Because of my relationship history, I focus on what I can control and that is my career.
