Bikini season, here we come!

Why do you think the stars love Physique 57?

JVM: Physique 57 is very efficient, and a great advantage over other exercise methods.

TB: They see fast results and get a super-fit body that is lean with muscle.

What similar fitness hurdles do you see at the different Physique 57 locations?

JVM: Finding time to exercise is a challenge for all women.

We help women overcome this challenge with both 57-minute and 30-minute exercise routines.

TB: I see a lot of women struggle with being self-conscious and intimidated by group fitness.

What are your favorite healthy snacks?

JVM: This book includes some of my favorite snacks like kale chips, chai lattes and hot chocolates.

I rely on almonds to stay satisfied throughout the day.

My go-to indulgence has been Peppermint Patties since I was a little girl.

TB: I love our cashew cream recipe from the book – it’s great on crackers and veggies.

I always have almonds on hand.

My biggest indulgence is potato chips.

How do you handle eating right while maintaining such a busy schedule?

TB: It’s all about planning and packing healthy snacks.

What is the best healthy living advice you’ve ever gotten?

JVM: Make every calorie count.

More importantly, my senior quote was, “Smile and the whole world smiles with you.”

That was the best advice.

TB: Laugh at least once a day!

What’s your go-to healthy breakfast?

JVM: Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax bars and our chai tea latte.

TB: Special K (blue box with extra protein) with almond milk and blueberries.

What’s the no.

1 thing women should treat themselves to more often?

JVM: 30 minutes of alone time.

TB: Make time to connect with girlfriends.

What is the happiest part of your day?

JVM: I love taking a class with clients and fellow staff members.

TB: Seeing our clients walk out of class smiling, feeling good about themselves and empowered.

Also, coming home to my husband and French bulldog.
