What’s your exercise routine?
Nothing feels better to me than getting a good stretch.
I’m sure people think I’m a weirdo!
I tried to be a runner, but my body was just not meant for cardio.
I have no endurance for running, but I can do it when I’m doing yoga and Pilates.
I just feel great.
What’s in your fridge?
Ironically, I was the poster child for organic before people were doing that.
I never ate junk food or fast food.
I did everything right, and then I got cancer.
It’s like, are you kidding me?
I still keep it up, though.
I don’t eat any red meat, very little chicken, and just a bit of fish.
I’m also trying to eat as many raw veggies as I can.
I only like milk chocolate.
So I let myself have some sometimes.
What do you do to relax?
I honestly like to sit on my porch and just look at flowers.
What are you reading?

What’s the best happiness advice you know?
To live in the now.
I think if you’re worried about the future or regretting the past, you might’t really be happy.
Live in the now, and surround yourself as often as possible with people who love you.
When I’m with my sisters and girlfriends and children and husband, I’m never happier.
When we get together, it’s like medicine for me.
