What’s your exercise routine?
I used to wake up, have a tea and go out for a surf.
It’s like escapism for me, and there’s this amazing energy you get from the city.
I also sometimes meet a friend to doyogatogether, which just seems to cure everything.
What’s in your fridge?
), hot sauce and a plethora of fresh herbs and the standard onion and garlic.

It’s my job!
What’s your go-to lunch and dinner?
I’m always around food, so I like to eat light throughout the day to stay thin.
I love brown rice and quinoa, and lately I’m cooking a lot with barley.
It’s extremely underrated – I don’t get why people haven’t explored these great grains!
Best workout class you’ve ever taken?
It’s so hard!
I have never been so ripped in my life.
My body was, like, flawless when I did this class.
Dare I say my BlackBerry?
My Sodastream machine is amazing – it basically shoots CO2 into your water to make sparkling water.
You save so much money and you also save bottles.
The other related thing is my Kleen Kanteen, a BPA-free, stainless steel, reusable water bottle.
I think people need to start making changes and be very serious about it.
Recycling should be the last option.
What item of clothing (or accessory) will you never get rid of?

And I had to hold that pose for so long.
My arm was hurting so bad!
What cause or charity are you most passionate about?
We worked with them for an event we just had for disaster relief in Japan called Eat+Pray+Heal Japan.
It breaks my heart when I think about the amount of good food we throw away every day.
What’s the best happiness advice you’ve ever gotten?
My parents are the most altruistic people I’ve ever met.
Misery loves company, it’s true.
I find so much more joy in looking for the good in everything than in looking at the negativity.
That’s happiness for me.
