What is your favorite meal to make?
Some kind of pasta dish.
I love making one up on the fly.
Then I go out to my garden to see what’s ready and throw that in, too!
What is your healthiest snack?
Organic peanut butter on a banana.
Brie, baguette and red wine.
How do you find the time to squeeze in a workout?
I plan my days to always include a workout – no matter how busy I am.
If I’m working out at 9:30 p.m., so be it.
Working out is that important to my mental well-being!
Do you do anything else to stay in shape?
It’s taken me a long time to figure out what works for me and my body.
If I get an hour workout in everyday, I don’t deny myself anything.

What is your advice to other moms or women about keeping yourself a priority?
After the birth of my daughter, I had a hard time figuring out how to be me again.
To make myself a priority while still being a great mom, I made sure that I felt productive.
