Before testing out the Original Hydrow Pro Rower, I was a rowing newbie.
It was probably one of the only major exercise modalities Ihaventtried, and Ive dabbled in a whole bunch.
In all that time, though, I havent really dipped my toe into rowing.

Yes, the original Hydrow rower is pretty sizable.
Thats compared to its full footprint of 86" x 25" x 47."
That said, the seat wobbled a little bit when I was rowingbut I never worried about falling off.

The Hydrow rower uses buckled adjustable foot straps to secure your feet into the footbeds.
Onscreen metrics can be super motivating for a beginner…and in some cases, super overwhelming.
