Weekend Wrap-Up (1.30.10-1.31.10)

Saturday we spent the morning with Mike’s parents and the evening with a few friends. I made White Bean dip, cornbread and stuffed mushrooms for our get together with friends. The host made an amazing turkey chili and we ended the night with a ladyfinger cake. Not too much work but lots of flavor and nutrition! I hope you had a nice weekend and are ready to be back at the daily grind....
