However, the portions at J’s are rather large, so we usually just split our meals.

This allows us to still enjoy our favorite restaurant, but keeps theportionsreasonable and the price down.

Last night, we started out by splitting the fire-grilledartichokesfor an appetizer.

Even my half serving was so plentiful that I had some to take home with me.

All in all, it was a lovely meal.

Joe and I always have so much fun splitting a meal and trying new things!

Now, on to the rest of my meals from today.

My salad was made with fresh romaine, tomatoes, radishes, and red onions.

You may be surprised that there is ranch dressing on my salad.

To complete my meal, I had a vanilla Coke Zero as a treat!

Plus, I love that Coke Zero tastes just like the real thing, but with no calories.

It makes a nice guilt-free treat every now and then.

I decided to make anAsianglazed salmon.

Lastly, I just broiled them until they were cooked and drizzled it with the remaining glaze before serving.
