The older you get, the more youve lived and the more valuable you are, she says.
Some might call it aging, but I simply call it another wonderful day.
Theyre independent of me now, so my nighttime routine is simply more relaxed.
That doesnt mean its not busy or that Im not still checking backpacks and making sure laundrys done.
But its calmer in the house and I have more independence.
At most, I have three skin care steps.
RoCs multitasking, brighteningRevive + Glow Daily Serumis often my first step.
I then apply thisRoC moisturizer, which I use every single night and in the daytime too.
And to top it all off, I use theirbalm stickfor my eyes.
Simple, collaborative, and they marry well.
Some of the true-crime stuff that Ive listened to has been really interesting.
Theres one podcast out of Norway calledDeath in Ice Valley,which is really amazing.
I think of it as investigative journalism rather than typical true crime, but its really great.
I also listen to the news at night.
God, no, I dont have a complicated sleep ritual.
As for the essential oils, I buy all of mine fromBigelow Chemistsin the West Village.
I use some of them on my body too.
They smell absolutely beautiful.
Thats really it, though.
I dont drink special tea.
I dont wear sleep masks.
As I said, I like to keep it simple.
